Janine Kalesis is a New York-based food stylist whose excitement for food has led her from being a chef to working alongside the top brands in advertising world. The last 20 years, she has specialized in food, cocktail and cosmetic styling. Her experience expands as a culinary producer, consultant and recipe developer.

“Growing up in Queens, I was constantly inspired by international flavors and style of my neighborhood. Fascinated by food, I worked my way through the restaurant business for 10 years from Manhattan to the Hamptons. After assisting dozens of food stylists such as Nir Adar, Wes Martin, and Rick Ellis I realized my true calling was to be a food stylist.

As a stylist, I mix my instinctual abilities as a visual artist, adventurous spirit and endless imagination to inspire the eye and make the mouth water. On set I’m positive and determined making for a great work environment. My recipe for success? Dedication to my craft and keeping my clientele happy.”
